Job Description

Title: Senior Recruiter

State Role Title:Human Resource Analyst II

Hiring Range: Up to $75000

Job Duties

This role will serve as the face of VDOE to candidates and prospective employees. You will be primarily focused on talent acquisition and execution of recruitment this role you will be able to build relationships directly with hiring teams become a trusted advisor on recruitment and talent acquisition items and play an integral role within the HR team at VDOE.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Full life cycle recruitment from source to start
- Supporting classification and compensation efforts
- Creating simplifying and producing reports including recruitment metrics
- Serving as a liaison for the HR team as a whole to help build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting including experience with senior-level and specialized roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience advising hiring teams on compensation strategies and classification recommendations.
  • Knowledge of EEO ADA and other employment laws and regulations.

Additional Considerations

  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or PHR.
  • Experience working with Cardinal HRIS and PageUp Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent analytics.
