Mergent Group are seeking an experienced Site Manager to run projects across the Adelaide metropolitan area. This is an exciting opportunity with a tier one hydraulic plumbing contractor working across large scale complex projects in defence commercial and healthcare.

This is a full-time position offering excellent perks and the opportunity to work with a growing business that has a strong pipeline of upcoming construction projects. Youll be joining a company committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting its team every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of plumbing teams on medium to large commercial sites
Coordinate and set out plumbing works on-site
Maintain strong client relationships and manage queries
Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
Conduct material take-offs order supplies and read/interpret plans

Experience:

Proven experience supervising commercial plumbing teams
Registered plumber with solid communication skills
Sound understanding of AS3500 standards
