Job Summary
Orthodontic Experts is seeking a motivated Orthodontist to join our growing team in Wisconsin. This position is designed for clinicians who not only want to practice exceptional orthodontics but also build long-term value through ownership. Youll step into an established patient base supported by experienced staff and robust marketing while pursuing a structured work-to-equity pathway.
Compensation & Partnership Pathway
- Compensation: $2000-2500 per day (combination of daily base plus bonding bonuses)
- Equity model: Clear timeline to partnership ownership in the practice (typically 23 years)
- Joint venture opportunities: Ability to open and co-own new locations under the
- Orthodontic Experts brand
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality orthodontic care with a patient-first approach
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical team and office staff
- Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and community involvement
- Participate in leadership and management as you transition toward ownership
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Specialty certificate in Orthodontics
- Active (or eligibility for) Wisconsin dental license
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice ownership
