Job Description
TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Pre-Construction this role you will be the primary and single point of contact for projects of all sizes scopes and levels of complexity within our Pre-Construction team.

The Role
- Plan organize and manage projects within scope timeline and budget expectations
- Lead projects with a balanced focus on achievement of targeted outcomes meeting internal and external stakeholder needs and creating efficiencies/reducing costs
- Provide full life cycle project leadership including initial planning and assessment project resourcing/team building documentation/reporting and post-close project analysis
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues implementing effective risk management strategies
- Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders providing clear direction and status updates
- Prepare and provide executive status updates including both the technical and human-sides of project management
- 5 years of direct project management experience is required
- Bachelors Degree in a related field of study is preferred or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications are preferred but not necessary PMP Scrum Master Lean/Agile etc.
- Ability to work independently be self-driven and a highly organized problem solver
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to speak with a wide variety of people
- Experienced using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet MS Project or similar
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
