Location: On-site at our Fort Lauderdale Corporate Office
Schedule: Approx. 20 hours per week MondayFriday (flexible start/stop times)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Temp Apparel Quality Control Technician to support our apparel production team. This role is ideal for an individual with hands-on experience in garment construction testing and production processes who is eager to contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Garment Wash Testing: Run sample garments through washing protocols to evaluate and document color fastness and fabric durability.
Pre-Production Sample Evaluation: Compare sample garments against technical specifications and provide recommendations on production readiness.
Additional QC Support: Assist with other quality control tasks as outlined in the job description and as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Experience: 12 years in apparel manufacturing/production specifically in quality control or related roles.
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of garment construction and measurements.
Familiarity with fabric and/or garment testing processes.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established protocols and accurately document results.

Ability to manage tasks independently while supporting the QC teams goals.
