Job Description
The Role
Were expanding in El Paso and seeking an experienced Recovery Agent who knows how to manage a city operate professionally and treat people with respect. Youll be responsible for locating securing and recovering vehicles for forwarding companies and HNS direct clients while adhering to our Texas-compliant procedures and documentation standards.
Pay & Incentives (Straightforward. No fluff$85 per unit recovered (1099) paid bi-weekly on our current pay schedule.
$5000 sign-on bonus paid as $1000 per month (up to five months).
Eligibility each month: recover 50 or more vehicles in that month.
Bonus applies only to months you meet the threshold; total potential $5000.
Top performers in our market regularly achieve 75 units/month with good route and hour management
What Youll Do
- Use our data tools (DRN/LPR hits lender assignments internal intel) for targeted recoveries.
- Locate verify and recover assigned collateral safely and legallyno breach of peace ever.
- Provide complete file documentation (time-stamped photos address notes location evidence).
- Coordinate redemptions/appointments with the yard team per lender instructions.
- Communicate promptly and clearlyevery assignment gets a status update within 2 hours.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience in collateral recovery (proof via tax returns pay stubs or company references).
- Strong skip tracing skills and discipline; willing to work nights/weekends as needed.
- Professional compliant conduct aligned with Texas and federal regulations (FD/TDCA best practices GLBA/DPPA data handling).
- Appropriate equipment and credentials for the job (e.g. your own tools TDLR license).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong advantage in the El Paso market.
