About the Opportunity

To support the delivery of the Eastern Free Upgrade we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisorsto join our team.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.

Minimum requirements for this role:

    • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
    • Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
    • Experience in delivering FRP works structures or civil earthworks
    • Excellent awareness of and attitude toward Safety
    • High level verbal and written communication skills
    • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
    • Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients project team management suppliers and subcontractors
    • Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
    • Self-motivated
    • Exceptional Team Leadership skills
    • Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
