Based in Getzville NY this position is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple moving parts building strong relationships with clients and suppliers and solving problems on the fly. Youll oversee high-value contracts and shipments liaise with warehouses freight companies and producers and ensure every detail meets customer specifications. If youre proactive tech-savvy and intellectually curious about international trade and supply chain operations this role offers both challenge and growth.

This is an on-site position located in Getzville NY.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service responsibilities on assigned contracts and customers.
• Handle purchase orders phone and email inquiries and order-related questions.
• Oversee documentation including letters of credit bills of lading invoices and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with warehouses producers and trucking companies to package ship and deliver materials according to specifications.
• Negotiate freight rates and approve logistics-related costs as needed.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues quicklyreroute freight resolve delays and maintain accurate communication.
• Monitor and manage A/R billing and invoicing systems to ensure customers remain current.
• Track multiple shipments simultaneously using multiple computer systems and screens.
• Support team members during absences and collaborate across the commercial sales team.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Economics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience required; 5 years strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with contracts logistics or supply chain management is highly valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with international partners.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable managing high-value shipments.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly and multitask across several screens.
• Strong math and organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Professionalism intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in international trade and supply chain operations.
