The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized business-minded Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to partner directly with the SVP Growth Marketing Brand & PR and the Global Marketing Leadership Team. This role will serve as the orchestrator and integrator of key marketing processes ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives financial discipline and operational excellence across the global marketing function.

The Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations will play a pivotal role in governance planning and performance management acting as the connective tissue between teams ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving accountability through consistent reporting and process excellence.

This role is to be located in EMEA.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Drive the annual and quarterly marketing planning process in partnership with leadership (budget goals and KPIs).

  • Build and maintain the Global Marketing Governance Calendar (business reviews business performance reviews strategy offsites EMT updates).

  • Partner with leadership on the preparation of strategy papers board updates and executive presentations that inform decision-making.

Program & Project Management

  • Manage and track delivery of key strategic initiatives across global marketing pillars (Brand & Content Performance & Demand Partner & Customer Marketing).

  • Ensure program timelines interdependencies and risks are clearly documented and communicated.

  • Establish and own Ways of Working framework including meeting cadences decision-making processes and documentation standards.


Business & Financial Reviews

  • Support OPEX budget management: track spend forecast variances and highlight optimization opportunities.

  • Consolidate and review monthly and quarterly marketing performance metrics in collaboration with operations and analytics teams.

  • Prepare financial and operational dashboards for EMT and SVP review.

Process Excellence & Ways of Working

  • Define implement and continuously improve global marketing processes (campaign planning launch processes quarterly business reviews KPI tracking).

  • Act as the guardian of cross-functional alignment ensuring marketing sales product and regional teams operate in sync.

  • Create and maintain a central repository of processes playbooks and templates for the marketing organization.

Leadership Support & Communications

  • Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the SVP Growth Marketing & PR providing insight structure and follow-up on priorities.

  • Facilitate leadership team meetings including agenda setting preparation of pre-reads and tracking of actions and decisions.

  • Support in change management and internal communications for new initiatives and organizational updates.

Key Qualifications: & Experience

  • 8 years of experience in PMO strategy marketing operations or management consulting (experience in B2B tech or global matrix organizations preferred).

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data marketing metrics and operational KPIs.

  • Exceptional organizational communication and facilitation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Asana Jira Smartsheet or similar) financial reporting tools and MS Office/Google Suite (Excel PowerPoint).

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at senior levels.

  • Positive feedback from SVP and leadership team on ability to drive clarity prioritization and follow-through.
