Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in code enforcement plan review and/or inspections for residential and commercial projects
Certifications: Must hold ICC Master Code Professional (MCP) certification
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed technical reviews of architectural structural and MEP plans for code compliance
Prepare clear and concise written plan review reports verify valuations and communicate findings to stakeholders
Coordinate with contractors architects engineers and local jurisdictions to resolve code compliance issues
Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding plan review comments and requirements
Maintain accurate records in the permitting system and update project logs
Provide excellent customer service by offering solutions that ensure timely project approvals
Attend company meetings and training sessions; may assist in mentoring junior staff

Compensation
$40 $60 per hour based on experience and certifications
