Job Description:
Egis Ireland is seeking Geotechnical Design Engineers at all levels to join our growing team. You will be involved in delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions across a range of infrastructure projects including transport energy and environmental developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical analysis and design for roads rail bridges tunnels and other infrastructure projects.
- Perform ground investigations site assessments and soil-structure interaction studies.
- Develop geotechnical reports risk assessments and foundation design solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Use geotechnical software (e.g. Plaxis Slope/W GeoStudio) to support design work.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Senior Engineers will lead projects mentor junior staff and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Junior Level: 03 years of experience with a degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
- Intermediate Level: 37 years of experience with strong design and analysis skills.
- Senior Level: 7 years of experience with leadership and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in geotechnical design software and knowledge of Eurocodes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Chartered status (or working towards it) is desirable for Intermediate/Senior roles.
