Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst for Experians North America Corporate Development team you will help support Experians inorganic growth opportunities. You will conduct research provide analysis for market opportunities assist with due diligence and engage with the Corporate Development and Strategy teams as well as Executives.

You will report to the Head of M&A for Experian North America.

Youll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis of market opportunities and potential acquisition targets.
  • Play an active role in all phases of transaction execution including due diligence and internal investment documentation.
  • Prepare internal investment papers and support decision-making processes for M&A activities.
  • Monitor analyze and report on M&A activity within Experians markets to inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain and update databases of trading comparables and relevant transaction benchmarks.
  • Manage the Americas M&A pipeline and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Perform industry and company research developing target profiles and industry landscape overviews.

Qualifications :

Your background:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development.
  • 2 years of experience in investment banking or similar amount of transaction services experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Undergraduate degree in business finance or other relevant degree.
  • Experience in finance accounting and financial modeling.
  • Experience communicating complex transaction information to stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience working with senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
