Summary of the Position:
Rising Juniors and Seniors are invited to apply for a summer internship which is designed to offer interdisciplinary training across the core areas of the Real Estate business. Our Summer Interns spend 10 weeks working with a Tishman Speyer team in one of our functional areas. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on real estate experience while contributing in a meaningful way to Tishman Speyers addition to the day-to-day support you receive from colleagues and peers a number of asset tours and team building events deepen your engagement in the real estate industry and Tishman Speyers culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong desire to pursue a career in real estate
General finance accounting real estate coursework (advanced real estate finance coursework preferred)
Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
Maturity professionalism and good judgment
Interest and flexibility to work in different functions
Knowledge of real estate investment market
The compensation for the full-time summer internship is $1000/ week.
