Brampton Primary School proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant SENDCo to join our team from January 2026. We are a thriving inclusive four-form entry primary school in the heart of East London committed to providing excellence in education for every child.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with a passion for inclusion and SEND to play a key role in supporting our pupils at SEN Support. Working closely with the SENDCo and Inclusion Lead the successful candidate will:
- Support and guide teachers in differentiating classroom practice.
- Contribute to the writing monitoring and reviewing of Learning Support Plans.
- Deliver whole class group and individual teaching.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to support pupils progress and wellbeing.
- Help ensure that provision for pupils with SEND is ambitious inclusive and effective.
We are looking for an exceptional teacher who:
- Has a strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice.
- Is reflective proactive and collaborative in their approach.
- Values positive relationships with pupils parents colleagues and external professionals.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
- Has started or completed their SENDCo qualification.
