About the Role
This role is an individual contributor who works for software development or as a project manager leading software development mainly focusing on improving workflow automation of office production data analysis and reporting visualization automation and digitalization of operations.
What You Will Do
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end.
- Develop office digitalization applications and workshop digitalization solutions to support business transformation.
- Build Dashboards and Reports for data visualization and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Perform data modeling and database design.
- Independently deploy applications in Windows/Linux environments.
- Manage and review vendor code delivery to ensure quality and compliance with internal standards.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience.
- Front-end: Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript and at least one modern framework ( or ).
- Back-end: Proficient in Java (preferred) or other backend languages such as Python or PHP.
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MS SQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Familiarity with deployment processes and server environments (Windows/Linux).
- Good coding practices and documentation habits.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with mobile development (Android/iOS).
- Familiarity with Docker CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Experience in leading or managing development projects.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
