About the Role
This role is an individual contributor who works for software development or as a project manager leading software development mainly focusing on improving workflow automation of office production data analysis and reporting visualization automation and digitalization of operations.
What You Will Do
Software:
- Develop management system software for all departments and processes at the Suzhou site aiming to enhance Automation and Digitalization.
- Use case of SW development:
- Process automation and management of office.
- Process automation and management of the workshop.
- Visualization.
- Reporting and Analytics.
- Paperless.
- Support the emergency maintenance and troubleshooting for systems/software.
- Participate in the global digital factory workshop/project focusing on the development and implementation of new technology solutions.
- Systematic thinking and overview of the SW situation of SU plant.
Lean related:
- Master the concept of lean production and analyze problems and propose improvements based on lean production principles.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Scholarship: Systems Information Technology Mechatronic Engineering or related.
- 3 years of experience on:
- WEB Development.
- Software Test Development and Implementation.
- Digital Factory Development and Implementation.
- Mastery of the following Programming Languages:
- HTML.
- JavaScript.
- CSS.
- PHP.
- Visual basic and/or C# (desirable knowledge).
- MS SQL.
- VBA.
- Python.
- Android.
- GIT Mastery (Source Code Control).
- Framework PHP Symfony and /or Laravel Mastery (at least one year of experience).
- Database Management Mastery (Querying and administration of the database engine).
- Windows and Linux Serves environment Mastery (Ubuntu and/or RedHat).
- Desirable knowledge in:
- Requirements gathering.
- Software design.
- Lead Develop and Implementation of projects.
- English Level B2 (at least).
- Organizational skills to accurately extract interpret and display data.
- Presentation skills to concisely update management on key initiatives and results.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Open mindset.
- Electronics industry experience knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process.
- Proven project execution/implementation with demonstrable results.
- Demonstrate strong material and informational flow transformation step knowledge.
- Understanding to develop metrics to measure performance.
- Natural ability to lead team members through problem solving and rapidly implement solutions.
- Perseverance to drive for stretch goals.
- Inter-personal savvy to gain consensus.
- Enthusiastic character.
- Ability to see the whole and work through detail as needed.
