About the Opportunity

JRA Healthcare is partnering with a leading Orthodontic DSO to expand into pediatric dentistry. We are seeking a Pedodontist to join this venture and play a key role in developing and leading pediatric services. This is a joint venture partnership opportunity starting as an associate and progressing into equity ownership. The model is designed for entrepreneurial dentists who want to build long-term value while benefiting from the resources of a large established organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care with an emphasis on patient experience
• Collaborate with orthodontic and pediatric teams to create integrated care models
• Build and manage patient relationships while growing the pediatric practice
• Take an active leadership role as you transition toward equity ownership

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Specialty certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
• Active (or eligibility for) Illinois dental license
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate care philosophy
• Interest in ownership and long-term partnership development
