Source and procure aviation parts tools and materials to support maintenance and repair operations.
Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate purchase orders and track order statuses to ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors manufacturers and distributors.
Ensure compliance with FAA EASA and company-specific regulations and quality standards (e.g. traceability certifications shelf-life requirements).
Coordinate with maintenance quality assurance and logistics teams to fulfill material requirements.
Identify alternate suppliers to reduce lead times and mitigate supply chain risks.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders shipments invoices or quality issues.
Maintain and update procurement records and supplier performance reports in the ERP/MRP system (Quantum).
Assist with audits documentation and regulatory inspections as needed.
