As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL youll serve as a strategic partner in delivering comprehensive facility management solutions that enable our clients to focus on their core business objectives. This leadership role combines operational excellence with team development where youll coordinate complex maintenance operations drive performance improvements and foster collaborative relationships across all stakeholders. Plan schedule coordinate and assign all frequency and work type maintenance activities for your designated team or facility group
Communicate KPI and SLA requirements in a timely manner while partnering with stakeholders to identify service delivery improvements and cost savings opportunities
Manage third-party contractors and vendors with respect to work order completion ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction
Oversee daily work order review processes and follow up on completion to ensure successful service delivery and exceptional customer experience
Interface with vendors by providing clear direction and information to facilities staff and service providers to ensure seamless coordination with minimal client disruption
Maintain overall integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) system while supporting the account team and overseeing proper system configuration to meet client objectives
Manage operations proactively to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
3-4 years of experience in facilities management with demonstrated expertise in managing CMMS/Work Order applications
Superior customer service skills with a strong orientation toward providing exceptional client experiences
Proficiency in MS Office suite with strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills including ability to customize administrative reports and analyze operational data
Ability to multitask effectively and work independently without direct supervision
Strong planning and time management skills with capability to manage work under tight time constraints
Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience with Corrigo CMMS platform or similar facilities management software systems
Background in vendor management and contract oversight within facilities or related industries
