Job Summary
Hardware Technologies organization is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive novel technology development into future Photonics IC this critical role the candidate will lead programs involving architecture definition design prototyping integration and validation of ground breaking technologies for Photonics IC and Laser integration. You will partner with engineers and managers from multi-functional teams to define schedule track and help lead the work for these groundbreaking technologies. The Hardware Technologies team features a collaborative environment with creative smart people and where engineering perfection is expected and encouraged. - BS in Electrical Engineering 3 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years Photonics Engineering experience.
- 1 year Program Management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail..
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven
- Self-motivated and hard-working with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to fit in well with a team understand others capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment and inspire team members.
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
