We are seeking a skilledDietitianto join anacute/academic medical centerin Syracuse NY. This role involves providing expert nutritional care in an inpatient/critical care setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.
- Licensure:Must hold (or be eligible for)New York State Certified DietitianNutritionist (CDN)credential.
- Certification:Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)required.
- Experience:Minimum2 yearsin aninpatient/critical caresetting.
- Technical Skills:Strong clinical nutrition assessment and intervention skills.
- Soft Skills:Excellentcommunication teamwork and clinical decision-makingabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conductnutritional assessmentsand develop individualized care plans.
- Providemedical nutrition therapyfor acute/critical care patients.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients families and staff ontherapeutic diets and nutrition support.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies.
