Job Summary
The Project Director provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for SharePro Inc.s major projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with corporate goals while upholding standards of quality safety and innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities

Set vision and direction for SPIs project portfolio.

Align project execution with business strategy and growth objectives.

Represent SPI with key clients partners and stakeholders.
-
Approve budgets schedules and major project decisions.
-
Establish policies systems and controls to ensure project excellence.
-
Oversee compliance with legal regulatory and contractual requirements.
-
Monitor financial performance and ensure optimal resource allocation.
-
Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior staff.
-
Build and sustain a high-performing project management team.
-
Anticipate and manage risks affecting project delivery.
-
Serve as escalation point for critical project issues.
-
Strengthen relationships with clients regulators and partners.
Qualifications
Education
Experience
20 years of progressive project and construction management experience.
-
At least 7 years in senior or executive leadership roles.
-
Proven track record in managing large-scale complex projects.
Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic and organizational leadership.
-
Expertise in project management methodologies and compliance standards.

Advanced financial and contract management skills.

Excellent communication negotiation and decision-making abilities.
