Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team youll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

What we want you to do

We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed all we ask is that you are a brilliant listener have a passion for problem solving and ability to empathise and understand customer needs.

This role will also include but not be limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner with professionalism shown throughout
  • Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • High attention to detail taking ownership and pride in delivering accurate work.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on making things easy for customers.
