Job Description


Join our vibrant team in Barcelona and work with an innovative Digital Marketing Ads platform that empowers businesses to scale and succeed globally.

We are seeking a German-speaking professional to work with high-potential companies including startups with unicorn potential. Your role will involve onboarding clients fostering adoption building strong relationships minimizing churn and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As an onboarding account manager you will act as the primary point of contact for new clients ensuring they achieve early value while setting them up for long-term success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to promote and sell Google Ads solutions.

  • Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored advertising strategies.

  • Designing launching and optimizing PPC campaigns for short- and long-term performance.

  • Encouraging increased ad spend and upselling additional services.

  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records in the CRM.

  • Handling a high volume of client calls and daily interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters in Marketing or Communications preferred.

  • Fluent in German and English (C2 level).

  • At least 2 years experience in sales or marketing ideally in client-facing roles.

  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.

  • Experience in customer relationship management and improving CRM workflows.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance client engagement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.

  • Confident proactive and goal-oriented.

  • Team player who can also work independently.

  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and market research skills.

  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Expertise in the German Market

  • Market Insight: Strong knowledge of German business culture and practices.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and pursue high-growth companies.

  • Problem-Solving: Skilled at managing complex client challenges.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting client and market data.

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining stakeholder partnerships.

  • Stakeholder Navigation: Handling multi-level organizational structures.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Awareness of Germanys ad ecosystem to position Google Ads effectively.

  • Advanced Inquiry Handling: Responding confidently to ROI and integration questions.

  • Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of GDPR and local privacy regulations.
