Job Summary
We are looking for a Vacation Planning Specialist to join our remote this role you will assist clients in planning their vacations offering personalized recommendations and managing all the details of their travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences.
- Research and recommend destinations accommodations and activities.
- Create customized itineraries that fit client budgets and expectations.
- Manage bookings for flights hotels transportation and excursions.
- Provide ongoing support before during and after travel.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends destinations and supplier information.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for travel and customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in travel hospitality or client service is helpful but not required.
- Must be a citizen of the US UK Mexico or Australia
