Overview:
We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists for full-time outpatient positions across four locations in Louisiana. These roles are perfect for individuals looking to join a progressive organization that values flexibility innovation and professional growth.

What Youll Do:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document evaluations progress notes and outcomes using efficient therapist-friendly systems.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities.

Schedule & Expectations:

Full-time standard outpatient hours.
See an average of 11 patients per day.
Weekly follow-ups and a timely interview process with potential offers extended within 1-2 weeks.

Preferred Qualifications:

DPT preferred but a Masters degree with extensive experience is considered.
2-4 years of outpatient experience ideal but new grads welcome.
Active Physical Therapy license in Louisiana or eligible via compact license.
Candidates from inpatient backgrounds may be considered if transitioning to outpatient.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action (background checks required).
