Job Description

The Team is in charge of the admission process on Borsa Italiana equity markets: Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the team in the admission process:
- financial analysis of the issuer;
- documentation check;
- relationship with issuers and intermediaries.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has:
- Masters Degree in Finance Banking and Finance Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries;
- Good knowledge and interest in corporate finance and accounting;
- Good analytical skills;
- Minimum 1 year experience;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
