We are searching for a talented candidate for Advanced Practice Practitioner in Medical Weight Management.

Hours: Part-time 32 hours 7A-5:30P

Shift: Day no weekend holiday or on-call

Location: Wareham MA

• Under direction of individually assigned Physician Office Manager or Designee perform a wide variety of patient care and related duties both within and in support of Southcoast Physicians Group.

• Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree in a related field is required.
• Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required.
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required.
• Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required.
• Nurse Practitioner Certificate/Physician Assistant Certificate is required. Over 3 months experience is required.
• NP - Massachusetts Nursing License authorization to practice in an expanded role. CME requirements as needed.
• PA Physician Assistant License authorization to practice. CME requirements as needed.
