Job Description:
As Associate Director of Data & Analytics Strategy youll report to the Director Data & Analytics Strategy. Youll improve analytics solutions and measurement strategies for client programs transforming complex data into clear applicable insights that fuel business growth. Youll work with teams to develop measurement frameworks oversee analytics projects and deliver reporting and data-driven recommendations that strengthen client performance and guide decision-making. You will offer the opportunity to lead analytics projects while building client relationships and ensure the data strategy aligns with client goals to create meaningful impact on howmglobal brands connect with their customers.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Analytics & Client Leadership
Create data strategy and measurement frameworks that align with client goals and lead business growth
Contribute to client meetings to clarify goals and identify data-driven opportunities
Present complex findings in clear applicable ways that promote decision-making
Analytics Management & Execution
Oversee full analytics lifecycle from problem identification through solution delivery
Write technical briefs for analytics projects including predictive and AI/ML plans
Manage analytics work through briefing delegation oversight and validation of results
Apply statistical techniques to analyze experiments and predict user behavior
Expertise & Innovation
Be a subject matter expert in data-driven solutions and measurement approaches
Develop learning roadmaps and strategy presentations aligned with client goals
Promote innovation in experimental design and stay current with latest analytics technologiesQualifications and Experience:
Core Experience
4 years in data science/data strategy/analytics delivering campaign measurement and business
recommendations.
Balanced combination of Analytics Strategy and Business Consulting skills.
Bachelors degree in quantitative field (STEM business finance and marketing)
Technical Skills
Proficiency querying and analyzing large datasets
Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Redshift BigQuery Snowflake or Databricks
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Braze
Hands-on experience with modern CDP solutions such as Hightouch or Amplitude
Familiarity with predictive modeling clustering regression decision trees and machine learning
libraries (NumPy scikit-learn)
Experience with visualization tools (Tableau Power BI)
Strategic & Communication Skills
Data storytelling and presentation abilities
Experience designing and implementing A/B testing programs
Translate complex analytics into applicable business insights
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and analytics platforms (Amplitude Adobe GA)
Track record building reports and dashboards
Experience working across technical and business domains
The annual salary range for this position is $94000 - $152375 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience and other factors permitted by law.
