Annual salary: 26000 to 30000 depending on skills & experience

What youll do

As a Service Assurance Engineer your primary responsibility will be to respond to and triage alerts ensuring our clients maintain compliance with patch management vulnerability remediation and infrastructure reliability standards.

In this role you will take a proactive approach to compliance and reliability ensuring that all alerts are promptly addressed and resolved whilst also proactively reviewing customer systems and platforms for insights.

Were looking for someone:

• Acting on alerts that come from our RMM Monitoring and security platforms.
• Upload of patches to customer platforms
• Remediate patch and vulnerability failures
• Act on local device Issues that could be impacting compliance.
• Removal and clean-up tasks for customers such as EOL software
• Automate and script remediation tasks.
• Other ad-hoc work as instructed by technical operations.

A guide on what you will do:

• Prior experience within a service desk or similar environment
• A strong technical support understanding including:
• Patch and Vulnerability Management
• Windows Server
• AWS/Azure
• Networking
• ITIL Practices
• Backup Technology
• Security Awareness

• A logical and thorough approach to resolving incidents and requests.

• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in supporting remote problems.
