Materials Quality Engineer Co-Op - Spring 2026Here at Entegris we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the ROLEOur site in Colorado Springs CO is seeking a/an Materials Quality Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in this position the co-op will work to improve supplier performance related to quality yield on time delivery and cost reduction projects. There will be opportunities to work on cross-functional teams across different product lines offered by Entegris. These activities will enable the co-op to develop problem solving skills and varied experience in the field. What Youll DoDuties: these will be trained as needed Complete Quality Work Request forms that coordinate CMM and Optiv dimensional measurements visual inspections Rho Point gloss and haze measurement Reflectivity Ra (average surface roughness) and various testing through the quality department. Download data from Camline and report process capability data conduct bias study(s) between the supplier and Entegris measurements. Review gage R&R analysis from the suppliers and FAIR analysis from supplier. MSA analysis will be trained as required. Generate reports and charts from Camline Minitab and Excel. Compare supplier process capability for dimensions to POR process using Equivalence testing T Tests Cp and Cpk and bias analysis utilizing Minitab and Camline. Learn to use Keyence surface analysis equipment including the VKX and VR machines. Resin qualification duties may also be required as directed. This could include downloading data from and coordinate supplier corrective action reports with suppliers using 8D format. Track corrective actions in SAP. Computer skills - Should include Word Excel and ability to learn Camline data collection software for data analysis and or experience in reading blueprints and measuring partsChemical Lab experienceDesired Major(s) & Graduation YearMechanical Materials Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering; Chemistry Physics or MathJunior or Senior level student with an expected graduation in spring or fall 2026/2027EligibilityMust be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op programPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in an office environment with some work required in ISO class 5 and 7 clean room.
