Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven summer intern to support our Key Account and Practice Solutions team. This intern will work closely with Practice Solutions leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement propose and promote solutions to Eye Care Practitioners and gain exposure to key elements of business development within our Key Account strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Practice Solutions leadership to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and workflow enhancements.
- Gain hands-on experience in sales strategy by supporting solution presentations customer engagement and follow-up activities with Eye Care Professionals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions assist in market research and help prepare materials for key account meetings and proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Operations to support integrated initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Help gather and analyze performance metrics customer feedback and sales data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to build foundational skills in sales business development and strategic thinking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op.
- Must be pursuing at least a bachelors level degree in Business Management Finance Sales Marketing or other business related degree.
- Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
- Ability to commit to a full time (40 hrs. per week) Intern position.
