Shift: 3x12 (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Pay Rate: $2631 weekly gross

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a contract basis in Hackensack NJ 07601. The RN will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care while supporting physicians and ensuring the well-being of mothers and newborns throughout the childbirth process.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and assist physicians with direct patient care.
Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Identify patient needs and set priorities through ongoing assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Develop implement and coordinate individualized care plans.
Initiate assessments based on patient needs physician diagnosis and functional health framework.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document all care provided reflecting patient acuity and clinical priorities.
Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support adoption of innovative practices.
Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.
Maintain compliance with clinical safety and organizational standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required: ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing)
Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Licensure & Certifications

Required:
- Active NJ State RN license or multi-state compact license
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Preferred:
- ACLS
- Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification
