This assignment is intended to be 6 months in looking for a hands-on analytical co-op to join our team and help tackle real business challenges in the Device Tray area. This role will support projects focused on improving workflow efficiency reducing operational costs and driving alignment across teams. If you enjoy solving problems working with data and making processes better this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing Youll DoAssist in identifying and implementing workflow improvements to increase operational efficiencySupport documentation updates and creation for revised processes and proceduresContribute to cost-reduction initiatives and productivity yield improvementsHelp analyze SVOP (Standardized Value of Production) and other performance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align Device Tray and Mainstream operationsSupport project tracking reporting and presentation of findings to leadershipAdditional tasks and project support as needed to meet evolving team and site prioritiesWhat We SeekStrong interest in operations facilities or manufacturing environmentsExperience or coursework in systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis preferredExperience with documentation creation and revision processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic settingProficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and WordStrong communication skills and attention to detail Understanding of operational methodologies and continuous improvement practices Familiarity with Kaizen principles and Lean Manufacturing techniques preferredSAP system knowledge including navigation and data analysis preferredDesired Major(s) & Graduation YearCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as:oIndustrial EngineeringoOperations ManagementoBusiness AdministrationoManufacturing EngineeringoData Analytics or related technical fieldPreferred graduation year(s) May 2026 to May 2027EligibilityMust be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op programPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This role is primarily office-based and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional movement throughout the facility will be necessary to support cross-functional collaboration observe operational workflows or participate in project-related activities.
