Since 2009 weve invested in peopledeveloping our in-house sales team into powerful leaders in the solar space. We are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant to join our Queens Solar Team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar saving environment
- Analyze electricity usage confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale
- Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential team building and mentoring from our leaders
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications for Sales Consultant:
Must be able to commute to Queens
Comfortable going door-to-door or meeting customers in-home
Motivated by growth and earning potential
Hungry but humble you dont need to be the loudest to be the best
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Positive solution-oriented attitude
Outgoing personality
Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Backgrounds in automotive sales real estate insurance or even hospitality are highly valued if you know how to win people over youll succeed here.
