Job Summary
- Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury upscale environment ensuring a warm welcome timely service and personalised attention to guests preferences.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of F&B services prepare and serve drinks according to standards and create new beverages to suit guests needs.
- Maintain a clean wellorganised bar area and ensure proper setup and ambiance control.
- Maximise sales revenue by upselling and promoting food and beverage offers.
- Perform opening/closing duties assist with cashier responsibilities and support other F&B outlets as needed.
- Adhere to food safety hygiene standards and hotel emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Extensive knowledge of beverages and coffee preparation techniques
- Detailoriented and selfmotivated with high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
