Job Summary

  • Identify Opportunities in the financial institutions and fintech space and turn them into viable business for Visa.
  • Collaborate with Visa Client & crossfunctional teams to define scope objectives and deliverables. Develop comprehensive launch plans define stakeholders & work within defined timelines.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market insights business performance and growth projections.
  • Work with motivate and manage support teams to ensure alignment. Provide guidance support and hold team members accountable for delivering on time.
  • Allocate and deploy teams/ resources in line with agreed priorities with the GCC Digital Partnerships teams. Monitor team utilization and adjust as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact launch success. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders including clients team members and management. Provide regular project status updates and reports.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct thorough reviews and testing as necessary.
  • Ensure all initiatives are in line with Visas contract commitments. Take proactive measures to control costs and avoid overruns if going beyond commitments.
  • Keep client initiatives on schedule by closely monitoring milestones and deadlines. Adjust implementation plans as needed to accommodate changes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including activation / implementation plans status reports and changes from either side.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field e.g. Business Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in cards payment
  • Experience as a Project Manager Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Arabic is highly desirable
