Job Description

Blexr is a performance marketing company specializing in building and scaling high-traffic affiliate websites and delivering high-quality leads to some of the worlds leading operators in the iGaming and betting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify approach and onboard key partners and brands in the gambling/betting niche.
  • Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms for the company.
  • Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of advertisers and partners ensuring long-term cooperation.
  • Monitor traffic quality KPIs payouts holds and chargebacks; provide data-driven reporting to management.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with affiliate and media buying teams to launch initiatives that scale traffic and increase ROI.
  • Optimize partnership performance through regular review and renegotiation.
  • Represent Blexr at international affiliate and iGaming events building new connections and strengthening the companys brand.

    Requirements:

    • 12 years of proven success in affiliate marketing specifically within the gambling/betting sector.
    • Track record of closing major deals and building long-term partnerships.
    • Existing database of advertisers and partners including personal agreements and exclusive conditions.
    • Strong understanding of traffic sources and optimization strategies.
    • Solid knowledge of pricing models: CPA CPL RevShare Hybrid Flat Fee.
    • Experience across multiple GEOs with Tier-1 markets as a plus.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher both written and spoken.
