As a Software Engineer Agent Orchestration you will:
- Develop and maintain the orchestration layer responsible for agent planning memory management and tool/service integration in AI-driven systems.
- Collaborate closely with ML data and backend teams to seamlessly integrate models and data pipelines into robust production-grade agent workflows.
- Design technical solutions for reliable multi-agent coordination execution flow error handling and transparent monitoring of agent behavior in customer-facing environments.
- Ensure reliability scalability and security for end-to-end agent orchestration pipelines in mission-critical production systems.
- Build document and maintain APIs and interfaces for connecting toolchains model inference endpoints and external services to agent orchestrator logic.
- Drive continuous improvements based on feedback loops from production data incident analysis and evolving use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors (or higher) degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical field.
- 2 years experience designing building and deploying distributed systems workflow engines or backend services in a production environment.
- Experience in agent orchestration multi-agent systems or LLM-based workflow automation (e.g. LangChain ReAct AutoGPT).
- Strong expertise in Python (or similar) and experience building with major backend frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and integrating generative AI into complex execution pipelines.
- Hands-on experience integrating ML/AI models APIs or agentic logic into real-world applications and data pipelines.
- Thorough understanding of reliability scalability and monitoring best practices for production-grade software.
- Effective communicator able to work closely with engineering and ML teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to observability security and compliance requirements for customer-facing platforms.
