Are you enthusiastic about beauty creativity and delivering exceptional client experiences We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Makeup Artist / Stylist to become an integral part of our vibrant team in Sofia. You will play a pivotal role by ensuring our clients look and feel their very best upholding the highest standards of artistry and personal presentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform makeup and hairstyling following company standards including tattoo coverage for a flawless on-camera look.
- Retouch makeup and hairstyles proactively as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools and workspace.
- Monitor stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and use of equipment.
- Train employees on appearance standards and communicate through company channels to track and report activities.
- Create a positive experience with a friendly attitude and appropriate language in interactions.
- Respond promptly to requests and issues via company communication channels during working hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in makeup application and hairstyling.
- Hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or related artistic field.
- PC literate with scheduling and communication management skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage diverse personalities and environments.
- Excellent presentation communication and self-discipline skills to maintain high appearance standards and resolve issues efficiently.
