Job Summary
This role provides specialized support in document and presentation creation formatting and migration to ensure consistency accuracy and efficiency across business deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
Tasks
- Content Formatting & Standardization Designing formatting and refining PowerPoint presentations and Word documents according to corporate templates and brand guidelines.
- SharePoint Migration Support Assisting with the transfer and organization of documents and presentations during SharePoint migrations ensuring accuracy accessibility and compliance.
- Template Development & Maintenance Creating and updating reusable templates style guides and document structures for improved efficiency and Assurance Reviewing materials for formatting accuracy branding alignment and professional presentation before client or stakeholder delivery.
Collaboration with Teams Supporting internal teams and business functions by preparing high-quality documents and presentations for meetings proposals and reports.
Technical Troubleshooting Resolving formatting issues document compatibility problems and SharePoint-related challenges.
Requirements
