MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure that work registers received from clients are captured accurately on MHRM
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Capture and process work registers and data in preparation for pay runs
REQUIRED EDUCATION

- 6 months general working experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrate sound proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of a payroll system MHR policies and related processes
- Demonstrate a basic understanding and application of telephone etiquette principles
- Demonstrate a sound proficiency in payroll software systems. (e.g. capture of registers)
