The Position

Exp- 7 yrs

What youll be working on

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure value-based assessments of their business needs and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet those needs.

  • Collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and colleagues to define design implement and deliver ServiceNow solutions and ensure they address business requirements and align with future state.

  • Drive innovation through research evaluation proof of concepts and adoption of new technologies and demonstrate working prototypes to showcase the solutions value proposition.

  • Participate in the product lifecycle and provide a value-based assessment of Ideas and demands

  • Configure and administer ServiceNow modules and core platform capabilities including Workspaces Service Portal Knowledge Management Flow Designer Virtual Agent Mobile apps Performance Analytics and other applications.

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows business rules UI pages client scripts and other configuration changes to support business requirements.

  • Develop ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and/or modules using APIs web services and other integration methods.

  • Provide functional and technical leadership to the DevOps teams

  • Create and maintain product documentation including presentations technical design documents training material and user guides.

  • Provide post-implementation support to clients including issue resolution and troubleshooting.

  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate

  • 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations working in an international environment and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • 7 - 10 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with expert knowledge around Workspaces Service Portal Knowledge Management Flow Designer Virtual Agent Mobile apps Performance Analytics and other applications.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Strong experience with JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS and REST APIs.

  • Being able to provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform capabilities guiding internal teams and customers

  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Lean-Agile mindset with Scrum and Safe knowledge

  • Exhibits servant leadership behavior self-aware leadership and a flexible team player.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with DevOps team members and other stakeholders.

  • Combination of analytical thinking hands-on problem solving and a customer-service mindset.

  • Capable of out-of-the-box thinking paired with the view of the Big Picture to connect the dots.

  • Can challenge requirements in a constructive way to contribute to the goal of reducing maintenance efforts and ensuring upgradability by keeping complexity and customization to a minimum.

  • ServiceNow Certification System Administrator will be a plus
