Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN On-Call (Weekends Only) 12 hour shifts
Location: Sango/Clarksville Schedule: Friday Saturday Sunday On-Call Only
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a PRN/on-call basis covering12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
Catheter care: Maintenance monitoring and documentation
Wound care: Dressing changes infection prevention and healing assessments
Patient turning: Every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries
Medication administration: Accurate and timely delivery per physician orders
Shower days: Assist with hygiene and perform full-body assessments
Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough records of patient care
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Insert State
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to on-call needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
