Job Summary
The dialysis patient care technician (PCT) will provide care for the patient receiving dialysis before during and after the dialysis treatment under the direct supervision and delegation of the acute inpatient dialysis Registered Nurse (RN). The dialysis PCT will provide direct and non-direct patient care under their scope of practice as deemed necessary by the acute inpatient dialysis addition the dialysis PCT will provide quality assurance for machines and equipment in compliance with hospital policy and federal regulations.
