Description of the role
As a Parts Counterperson at Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet in Tulsa OK you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information
- Process parts orders and handle returns
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in a parts counter role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
