Job Summary

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a full-time Pediatrician with at least 1 year of experience working in a hospital.

- You will work about 2016 hours each year.

- You will have different shifts which will include both working at the hospital and being on call from home.

- You will care for an average of 25 to 30 patients each day.

- You will have support from a team of pediatric specialists including doctors in the 24-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and the 14-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) as well as pediatric emergency medicine doctors in the 30-bed childrens emergency room.-

They welcome both experienced doctors and recent graduates who are truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of their eligibility) and are working toward Board Certification.

**Qualifications:**

- You must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of eligibility)

this is a requirement.- You need to have a Nevada medical license (or be willing to get one)

this is also required.

- It is highly preferred that you have a clean history with malpractice and your medical license.

- You must have at least 1 year of current experience working as an inpatient Hospitalist.

- You will need to have a DEA license (must be obtained before starting) and a CSR/CDS license (must be obtained before starting).

**Certification Requirements:**

- Board Certified- Board Eligible

**State License Requirements:**

- You need a license to practice in Nevada.
