Job Description

Location - Davenport IA

**Job Requirements:**

- You need a Masters or Doctorate degree from an approved Nursing Program. This is very important.
- You must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. This is also required.
- You need to have licenses for Illinois and Iowa or be ready to get them. This is required as well.
- You should have at least 3-5 years of experience working as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (this does not include experience as a Registered Nurse). This is necessary.
- You should be able to confirm your DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification verbally or be able to get it before you start. This is required.
- You need to have a Controlled Substance License (CSR/CDS) or be able to get one before you start. This is required too.
- You should be willing to work at clinics in Davenport Clinton and Silvis. This is also necessary.
- A clean malpractice record is preferred but not required.

**Certification Needed:**
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Controlled Substance License (CSR/CDS)
- DEA Certification

**State License Requirements:**
- You need a license to work in Illinois.
- You need a license to work in Iowa.

**Other Important Requirements:**
- At least 3-5 years of work experience as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner.
- Willing to work at clinics in Davenport Clinton and Silvis.
