Job Summary
As an IT Project Manager at Euroclear you will lead diverse and cross-functional projects that drive strategic impact across the organization. Youll be responsible for delivering complex initiatives on time within budget and aligned with business goals while navigating technical and organizational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
Your role
- Define project scope governance and delivery plans including timelines budgets staffing and resource allocation.
- Lead all phases of project execution ensuring alignment with Euroclears project management standards and frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the key interface between business sponsors and IT services.
- Oversee business technical financial and organizational aspects of the project.
- Report progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders and manage risks issues and dependencies.
- Negotiate changes in scope or specifications when needed ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including contract negotiation and service oversight.
- Contribute to the evolution of project management practices and systems development processes.
Your profile
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects across multiple disciplines.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of project governance risk management and delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and technical feasibility analysis.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) are a plus.
