Job Description
Essential Job Duties
Learns to check data to assure quality standards are met and to verify compliance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements.
Seeks to expand knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GLPs) SOP requirements and other guidance documents. Applies knowledge to data checking tasks.
Learns to utilize appropriate systems and programs for check of electronic data.
Works with a mentor while working with others to resolve discrepancies before they become deviations.
Conducts timely and accurate quality control (QC) for study related data tables graphs and any other documents that need QC.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Regulatory & Quality
Develop a thorough working knowledge of national and international GLP/GCP regulations and their application to the work area
Accept responsibility for own GLP/GCP compliance
Training/Mentoring
Assist with basic training of new team members
Familiarity with LIMS especially Watson LIMS is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experience:
0 - 6 months of experience required
Qualification:
Bachelors / Masters degree in life sciences required.
