About the Role:
Do you want to develop your knowledge experience and skills in a dynamic and people-focussed London electoral services team
Lambeth is looking for a well organised and experienced individual to support strategic and operational electoral registration activities the conduct of elections and delivery of our ongoing service improvement programme.
Youll need excellent analytical operational and problem-solving skills to meet a range of daily challenges including year-round electoral registration the conduct of elections and referenda and continuous service improvement.
Youll have a proven track record in electoral registration and elections or suitable transferrable skills and experience.
Additionally you must be able to work flexibly particularly at election times when significant evening and weekend working is required.

Completion of annual electoral canvass and statutory postal votes renewal exercise.
Preparation for full council elections in May 2026.
Rollout of new cloud-based elections management software (EMS).
Maintaining readiness for elections and referenda at short notice.
Completion of our integrated electoral data project.
Building on outreach and engagement successes to encourage greater democratic participation.
